I hand-turned this Spalted Beech Platter to act as a canvas for nature’s artistry, shaping it with a wide-rimmed edge and a deep central bowl to showcase these intricate, contrasting designs.

A Striking Display or Serving Piece Measuring almost 11 inches across, it brings immediate warmth and character to any table setting. Because of the chaotic spalting process, it is a one-of-a-kind masterpiece that naturally invites conversation and admiration.

To protect the grain, I have meticulously finished this spalted beech platter with the same natural walnut and beeswax wood conditioner available in the CA Woodcraft shop. With only 1 left in stock, this is a truly unrepeatable piece of natural art.
